Shortly after the YouDiscover 2009 Finale, Mark Feldman signed a 2-song development deal with inDiscover Recordings.

Feldman and a few bandmates came into the studio for Secret Sessions at The Orange Lounge, where he performed brand new songs live off the floor with inDiscover Recordings execs Aubrey Winfield and Daryn Barry looking on and giving notes.

His song ‘Paradise’ was definitely a highlight of the day, a song which he wrote during his trip to Jamaica shortly before the session (yes he came in ridiculously tanned and still smelling like coconut and lime).

The song was Caribbean-infused and calming, something you would put on your iPod specifically to listen to while you lie under the palm trees.

In March 2010, Feldman played in the CMW inDiscover Recordings Showcase at the Rivoli in Toronto, where he had audience members grinding (literally…it was gross) to new songs like the previously mentioned ‘Paradise’ and belting out classic tunes like ‘Who’s Got To Know’.
